Brad was hired under a new strategic accounts team as a Senior strategic enterprise sales leader with responsibility for global $2B+ named Fortune 500 CPG customer accounts.  He has full P/L responsibility for software upsell, renewal and services growth by expanding and building selling relationships and leading his direct go-to-market team (10) of  Sales Engineers, Sales Development Reps, Customer Success Managers, Professional Services and Exec Sponsors.  He has been able to navigate enterprise customers to map stakeholders, build champions, generate buy-in and close deals with C-Level decision makers.  His early development of  account strategies established  a net new best case pipeline of $1.8M ARR in only 2 months and renewed 3 fortune 500 accounts with 5% uplift; totaling $270k ARR.  Exceeded first Q4 ‘21 assigned quota.
