 As SVP, Head of Revenue, Brad scaled s GTM team from $12M ARR and 8 employees to $36M in ARR and more than 40 employees. In this role, he  led the integration of sales and marketing  functions for 2 companies (following an acquisition) and developed innovative evangelistic sales and marketing strategies and playbooks for the 3,500 strong customer base, leading to $6M of first year net new enterprise revenues.  Under his leadership, software sales and margin dollars  more than doubled with unprecedented net new customer acquisition during this period with ASP  increasing from $6,600 to $14,500 per install. Company sold to Bain Capital Ventures / ACV Auctions Nasdaq: ACVA for $60M.
